Fayeeza Naqvi is the Co-founder and Chairman of the Aman Foundation. She was born in Karachi and pursued a degree in Economics at the London School of Economics and Political Science. After graduating in 1982 she started off a career in banking whilst being a part of various social sector organizations in the Middle East and Pakistan. YouthSpeak GIKI recognizes Fayeeza for her noble and benevolent acts of social welfare and working towards SDG#1 No Poverty and SDG#2 No Poverty.

She was a founding Director of Saharay Welfare, established in 2000, an organization whose aim was to distribute funds among the deserving NGOs of Pakistan. She was the joint-lead coordinator on behalf of Saharay for providing immediate humanitarian relief to the victims of the 2005 earthquake in Northern Pakistan ground during the earthquake and ensuing aftermath in Northern Pakistan in 2005. Her project was further subtended in rebuilding of the destroyed villages with cooperation of TCF (The Citizen’s Foundation).
Aman Foundation, which was founded in 2008, was formed with the idea of transforming lives by enhancing dignity and choice for the indigent. In 2015 Fayeeza accepted the BNP Paribas annual Grand Prix award that commended The Aman Foundation’s philanthropic activity.
